PART
1: INTRODUCTION AND SUMMARY REPORTS
Background
information about the parish
Gives background to the production of
the action plan and
what was done, including research, consultations and involving the
community.
This discusses the aims and
objectives for the First Action
Plan and the priority projects and actions.
This is a complete list of aims,
objectives and
topic-specific goals for the First Action Plan. It also summarises
priorities
for each topic. [latter to do] It does not include a list of projects
and
actions.
These cover the eight topics that
were looked at in some
detail and a ninth (Historic Heritage) on work has begun. It was not
possible
to look at other topics (e.g. education and housing) due to
insufficient time
and resources.
Social and
community development
Alternatively click here to download a Microsoft Powerpoint Show version of the summary of results. If you do not have Powerpoint installed on your computer, you will also need the free Powerpoint Reader which can be downloaded from this web page http://tinyurl.com/3nend
We are adding additional information, including statistics, maps and the results of the other consultation exercises completed to date, to a special website which you can find here. This is the home of the Thatcham Vision Databank, a growing collection of information which will help us to monitor implementation of the Vision and identify issues and problems which need to be dealt with in the future.
